These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of koyobeauty.com, its content and the products and services offered by KOYO Beauty (“KOYO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase in your jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete contact, delivery and order information. You are responsible for checking your name, phone number, address, products and quantities before confirming an order.
2. Cosmetic Products and Skincare Information
KOYO products are cosmetic skincare products and are not medicines. Website content, ingredient explanations, routine suggestions and customer support are provided for general information and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Skin response varies from person to person. Unless expressly stated with supporting evidence, we do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result or timeframe. Follow the directions and cautions shown on the product page and packaging. Patch testing is recommended when introducing a new product, particularly for reactive skin. Stop use if significant irritation occurs and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, textures, packaging and sizes accurately. Displays can vary between devices, and packaging may be updated without changing the underlying product. The physical product label should be followed where it contains newer or more specific directions or cautions.
3. Product Availability
Products, bundles and offers are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct inventory errors, discontinue products or decline an order when stock is unavailable. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order message confirms that we received the request; it does not prevent us from verifying, declining or cancelling an order before dispatch.
We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS to confirm an order, delivery details or suspected errors. We may decline or cancel orders involving unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, incomplete contact information, suspected fraud, repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels or other reasonable operational concerns.
Products purchased through the website are intended for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Prices, Promotions and Bundles
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. The amount confirmed for your order is the amount payable, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before dispatch.
Discounts, bundle savings, gifts and promotional codes may have separate eligibility conditions, dates or quantity limits. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- discounts have no cash value;
- a discount applies only to eligible products and available stock; and
- we may correct, suspend or end an offer where an error, misuse or stock issue occurs.
For build-your-own and fixed bundles, product availability and the saving displayed in the live bundle selector or cart apply at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment and Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across supported delivery areas in Pakistan and currently has no additional COD fee. Only payment options shown or expressly confirmed by KOYO for your order are available. Do not send funds to an account or number that has not been confirmed through an official KOYO channel.
You agree to pay the confirmed order amount when the parcel is delivered. Ownership of the products passes to you after payment and delivery, subject to rights available under the Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
KOYO currently offers free standard delivery across Pakistan with no minimum order amount. Any future delivery charge will be shown before the order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery is generally 1–2 days within Karachi and 3–5 days outside Karachi after order confirmation. These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Weather, public holidays, courier disruption, remote-area service and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Please provide an address and phone number where the parcel can be received. If a courier cannot deliver because the information is incomplete, the customer is unavailable or delivery is repeatedly refused, we may cancel the order or restrict future cash-on-delivery orders.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation may not be possible after packing or dispatch. Refusing a dispatched parcel is not the same as an approved return.
9. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Returns
Eligible purchases are covered by our 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. A lightly used eligible product can be returned when a request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery and the conditions in our Refund and Return Policy are met.
The complete process, exclusions, damaged-order procedure, return shipping responsibilities and refund timing are stated in our Refund and Return Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers involved in hosting, order processing, communications, analytics, fraud prevention and delivery may process information as required to provide those services.
11. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
We will not claim ownership of your underlying content merely because it is submitted to us. When you give us permission to repost or use it, you grant KOYO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, crop, format and display that content for the agreed marketing and customer-information purposes. Any gifted collaboration or other material relationship should be disclosed where applicable.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant or technically harmful. Customer experiences are individual and are not clinical proof or guaranteed outcomes.
12. Intellectual Property
The website design, product copy, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and other original materials provided by KOYO are owned by or licensed to KOYO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services to:
- violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
- introduce malware or interfere with website security or operation;
- collect other users’ personal information without authorization;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- scrape or exploit the website for unauthorized commercial purposes; or
- abuse promotions, refunds, reviews, accounts or ordering systems.
We may restrict access, cancel affected orders or take other reasonable action when misuse is suspected.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for functions such as reviews, Instagram media, bundles, analytics, communications and delivery. Third-party services and external links can have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an external website’s content or practices merely because we link to it.
Purchases from KOYO are transactions between you and KOYO. Shopify provides the commerce platform but is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling KOYO orders or handling product claims.
15. Errors and Changes
We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, description or technical errors. Where a correction materially affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you and may offer the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order.
We may update the website, product range, policies and these Terms. Changes apply from the effective date posted on the relevant page and do not remove rights that already arose under applicable law.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOYO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed availability, third-party services or misuse of a product. Where liability can lawfully be limited, KOYO’s aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify KOYO for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.
18. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, courier disruption, government action, telecommunications failure, labour disruption or widespread technical outages. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance.
19. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute process that applies, disputes will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
