Refund & Returns Policy

At Koyo, your ritual matters. If your skin doesn’t align with our products, or if your order arrives damaged/defective, we’re here to help.
 
1. Skin Compatibility Guarantee

  • If your skin doesn’t respond well, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product may be lightly used (so you can test it).
  • Refund will be in the form of store credit for your next ritual. 

2. Defective / Damaged Items

  • If your item arrived defective, please provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • Returns must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery.
  • A replacement will be shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • For skin-compatibility returns, the customer pays return shipping.
  • For defective/damaged items, Koyo covers the return + replacement shipping.

 4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original batch/expiry labels.
  • Products past 7 days from delivery.
  • Products without proof of purchase (order ID).
